I have a Verizon 7750 and have upgraded to the 4.0.0.171 OS (using the Telus version). Everything works great. However, when I try to cradle it and run the new Desktop Manager it gets stuck and my 7750 only says "Connected to Desktop" but nothing ever happens.

Desktop Versions:

• BB Handheld Manager 4.0.0.32
  BBDevMgr 1.2.0.15
  RIM USB Driver 1.1.0.2
  Application Loader 4.0.0.33
  RIMProgram 1.0.0.35

Not sure what else I can say, but I really don't want to have to roll back. Any thoughts? I posted this before the holiday but somehow it is no longer there and I had to recreate my account so if you helped once, please help again.

You mean the device won't do anything? Or the BlackBerry manager won't do anything?

The device stays stuck on "Connected to Desktop" and the Desktop Manager stays stuck on "Working" and you can't click on any of the icons (App Loader, Intellisync, etc.)

try restarting the computer and/or device maybe? i see it happen on some of the devices around here sometimes, a reboot of one or the other usually clears it up. As a last resort, try re-installed the desktop manager

I have tried rebooting the device, uninstalling the Desktop Manager, rebooting the machine you name it. :(

Are you synching through a docking station, because I have had problems with my users up here and when I took it off the docking station and plugged the cable directly into the laptop, it worked like a charm. I have since upgraded the USB drivers and all is well.
