Been trying to get that reverse look up to work from your call log when you hit the bb button. It says you have to change my log view to "call log" but when I go to the phone list view only options I have are "most recent" "most used" "name". Anyone got this to work?

Go to your Message folder, open the item and then depress the BB key> Reverse Lookup.

I don't see Reverse Lookup in the menu key in my Messages (email) folder. I see it the Menu key in the Call Log (green phone icon), but when I press Reverse Lookup I get this error.

When I to to Messages > Menu > View Folder > Phone Call Logs, open a message, and press Reverse Lookup, Poynt opens.

So is this Reverse Lookup added by Poynt? Or is it part of the OS? I'd never noticed it til I read this post and went to try it.

Mines will go straight to Poynt; well, that is up until I upgraded the OS and now I can no longer use Poynt...
