I got the new blackberry 8350 w/ push to talk and when im surfing the net my phone wont ring alerting me theres an incoming call. how do i fix this?

Because Sprint phones are incapable of voice and data at th same time. If you are talking on the phone you can't use the Internet unless you are using wifi. That's why I like AT&T 3G. Because I can actually talk to someone with a headset and browse the web. Makes it convenient when someone asks m where we are going and I can just go to google maps and stay connected. Can't do that with Sprint phones if you are out and about.

I understand you cant talk and use the internet at the same time but my phone witch is a sprint tour most defently rings when im on the internet.

It doesn't ring when you are actively on the Internet. When you are browsing you don't actively use it. It just uses data to load the page initially. When your reading the page and a call comes through the phone will ring. Data goes in bursts. My friend has a Sprint phone and it's annoying because when he is actively using it a lot I can never get through without a few phone calls to catch him.
