Default Receiving e-mails twice

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to figure this out. It only seems to be occurring on my work, OWA account. Some e-mails are showing up twice. For example, I got the Activation Server e-mail 3 times, two other e-mails (2 hours apart) came in twice within a minute of each other and I got one e-mail at 705am this morning that just hit again at 955am. I don't know what I'm missing. I was going to send service books from BIS AT&T but that option is no longer there. Any advice?

Ok I did that but am still experiencing issues. It seems that when I reply to an e-mail from desktop Outlook, the original is sent to my phone. I don't get it. For example:

I received an e-mail Wednesday, November 11, 2009 1:43 PM and just "Replied to All". My Berry just went off and the original e-mail that I received hit the phone at 8:36pm under the Saturday 11/14 filter but when I open the e-mail, the time stamp shows Wednesday, November 11, 2009 1:43 PM. That is definitely the correlation now that I think about it because the only times this is happening is when I reply. What am I missing?

Just found this on Berry's site:

Cause 5

A Microsoft Exchange email account is set up with the BlackBerry Internet Service using the IMAP protocol. The IMAP protocol allows all email messages to be stored and accessed directly on the messaging server instead of being downloaded to an email application.

Resolution 5

Re-associate the Microsoft Exchange account with one of the following:

A Post Office Protocol (POP) account. For instructions, see KB02189.
A Microsoft Outlook Web Access account. For instructions, see KB03133.

I will try it with the OWA protocol.

Moving to OWA works except e-mails are far too delayed. No one knows of a solution with Exchange?

Nope -- that's the way it is. Not sure why you're getting dupes with IMAP. Is anyone else using a BB in your organization?

No. On the Berry forums though this is a known issue when setup through Exchange.

I have been dealing with 2x's on OWA for quite a while. One seems to come through immediately and another one will get "pushed" 10 -15 minutes later.

It will go away sometimes then start re-occurring.

When I repsond to an e-mail on my work PC it will also resend the original e-mail to my BB.

Still have not found a fix for it either....Just kinda used to it now.
