Default another 8310 wont turn on, red blinking light

Okay so this is another 8310 wont turn on, red blinking light thread but im hitting alot of problems with reloading an os. So im using the crackberry.com/blackberry-101-lecture-12-how-reload-operating-system-nuked-blackberryBlackBerry 101: How to Reload the Operating System on a Nuked BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com[/url] walkthrough and when i go to Program Files > Common Files >Research In Motion > AppLoader. Apploader isnt there. Its just BlackBerry and Blackberry Media Sync. Can some one help me locate it?

when this happens to mine i just take the batt out and it fixes it
