Default Desktop manager question

Please Login to Remove!

when i want to delete apps i go to the application loader setion.

Then i am asked to unclick the apps that i want to get rid off and keep ticked those i want to stay and i click finish.....and it tells me loading is successful but the next time i revist it, desptop manager still shows the same apps and if i want to delete a new item, the previous ones which are deleted are also taken into consideration......shouldnt they just disappear?

You could try deleting the apps from the device itself. Options>Advanced>Applications.

Best way that I have found is to do what Trimix said and delete directly from the device itself.

thing is its not in the options / apps....it doesnt show.

It only shows on the desktop manager. It kinda resembles what recovery tools do....the app is not on my device but it still shows on desktop manager if you know what i mean.

AM not having any probs....just curious....that is all.

I think I understand your question and the answer is as follows:-

Each time you install an app on your BB from your computer,DM stores it's location and lists it as being available. This means that even if you uninstall an app it will still appear on the list but there will be no check in the box along side it.This allows you to reinstall it at any time without having to use the "browse" function to look for it again, you just simply check the box along side it's name and when you click finish it will be installed again.
