One Device did not sync with enterprise.

I recently installed a new 2008 SBS.
I installed the Enterprise Server Express. I wiped all the handhelds and added the users to the server. All of them worked fine except one did not sync contacts. Mail was working.
So I ended up deleting the user from the server, wiping handheld and readding the user. Handheld activated, showed up as a user with the PIN in the express server but now not only am I missing contacts, but no mail either.
So appears nothing is synching. I did not see any errors on the device as it synched.
the other 5 devices are fine !
Where do I start?
