Default Save sent messages from BB to Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I have the BB 8700c and am using the BIS. It looks like I should be able to send a message with by BB and have it show up in the Sent folder of my Outlook ( I assume after I synchronize) but I can't figure out how to do it.

I don't know if this is a seperate issue but my user guide says

In the messages options, click 'Email Settings'. Set the Save Copy In Sent Folder field to Yes.

But I don't have 'Email Settings' in my messages options. I only have 'General Options' and 'Email Reconciliation'.

Is all this because I'm not on a BES?

I appreciate anyone who can help...

Yes,

It really doesn't work that way that I know of. You have various options in setting up a BIS, but sync to outlook really isn't one of them. You might be able to sync with the USB cable and get your sent mail, but I am not really even sure if that is feasible.

The best option I have hear is to do a BCC to your POP3 email on the BIS webclient, and then set up a filter on your Outlook to send any BCC from your bb addy to the sent folder.

If you do a search here, you should be able to find the details.

I am with T-mo and I am not on BES and I am using this little program called TeamOn from RIM and all sent emails from BB are always there in my Outlook Sent folder.
Are you using TeamOn ? if so then is your outlook thru exchange or just as internet email?
