why do only some contacts come up with their pics in my address book? their facebook pics come up but not everyones.
everyone i have in my contacts has facebook and i can only see certain people's pics as their 'profile' pic.

Overview
When viewing your contact list and/or a contact profile, display pictures are not displayed for contacts that have uploaded a picture to their profiles. Instead, the default silhouette image is displayed.

Cause
At times, the display picture is not correctly pushed to the BlackBerry smartphone, causing the BlackBerry smartphone user to not see the contact's display picture.



Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

Workaround
To work around this issue and view a contact's display picture, complete the following steps:

On the Home screen or in the Instant Messaging folder, click the BlackBerry Messenger icon.
Highlight the affected contact.
On the contact list screen, press the Menu key.
Select Delete Contact.
To add the contact again, invite the contact by scanning a barcode or by entering the contact's email address.
Note: The contact will have to accept the request to be added again.

what? im not sure if this is right.
they dont have bbm. im talking about the address book. pics from facebook come up for only some people.

The facebook app doesn't always make the connection between the address book entry and the facebook account... you may need to manually link the two (can't provide the steps, as I no longer have the facebook app installed)...
