Question BlackBerry Device Software bundles

Please Login to Remove!

Just scratching my head on this one...

I think I know the answer, just need it to be confirmed...

When trying to allow device updates using the web desktop manager, I have followed the guide and have managed to install the update on the server and it shows as an available software bundle. But the version of the bundle does not match any version that's listed when I scan for a wireless software bundle (although it was downloaded from RIM under my carrier). So I am unable to mark is as 'Supported'.

My question is... that if the carrier supported version is not listed, I cannot approve the already downloaded (network drive) version to be install via web desktop manager?
