i found this thread in one of the BB forum and i managed to install BB App World in my 9700 although my country is not registered in App World list
follow these steps one by one:
1)install BBSAKv1.7_Installer
2)Connect your BB with laptop, start the program and do not upgrade it if he asked to.
3)hit OK for the password
4)when the program opened make sure it shows that is connected with your BB
5)choose Modify CODS
6)hit install Code and choose the first (file net_rim_bb_appworld_resource_en.cod)
7)hit again install code and choose the second file (net_rim_bb_appworld.cod)
you BB will automatic shut down and restart again.
8)you will find BB App World at home screen
Note: in some BB 9000 device the device request to install the file (bbAppWorld.alx) again to work so i put it in attached just in case, but remember during installation if the device request to overwrite the file (net_rim_bb_appworld_resource_en.cod) you have to press NO and continue installation.
