The ATT device is called a Microcell. It connects to your Internet service (Cable/DSL/whatever) and routes the calls visa the Internet to a tower or other access pint. There is a plan that uses your minutes and one that has unlimited minutes. But the catch is, ATT is going to charge you for the data - against your regular data plan.
