Hi,
my company has changed the mail server recently. Now we have Microsoft Exchange 2010. To manage the mail through the BlackBerry we installed BES.
Previously did not use the BES but it was all managed through our telephone operator (Vodafone).
We have properly configured the BlackBerry, in fact we can synchronize mail, calendar, and the rest ..
We have a problem about deleting mail. Before changing mail server when you delete a mail we were asked if wanted to cancel it on the phone and on the server or just on the phone.
Now is not no questions asked and the mail is deleted only on the phone.
It's possible to do so when I delete a mail from the phone, it is deleted on the server?
How do I do? I need to set some policy on BlackBerry Administration Service or another I do?

Check this setting on the devices - Messages, Options, Email Reconciliation.

I didn't found this option, maybe because all options are managed from BES.
