Dear Folks,

Need your urgent assistant. Before that i always using my bb 9700 to be a modem to connect internet using my laptop, but just recently that i cannot be connect to the internet with a error message, please refer to the picture below. and when i check on the internet profile setting that is no any Internet connections profile to be select, do you guys to face on these error before? need your assistant for me... if not i think i need to format my laptop, btw now i using windows 7 ultimate 32bits. Hope can get your feedback as soon as possible, i was so suffer about this matters.
