Just bought a BB 9800 Torch - every time I run the YouTube app it just buffers, help?

I'm finding that I have to pause and unpause the video to persuade it to play, sometimes.
It's quite annoying actually, but the one common denominator is that I'm on Wi-Fi at the time it happens .... not yet tried YouTube when on 3G.

Acually, I too noticed Youtube problems starting yesterday -- buffering to stall, even crash and battery pull -- but it did so with some videos but not all. One video among several tries only worked once or twice. Weird...

Well, I found something corrective for me. I was playing around im the web video search app and in trying to play the same youtube videos there, I kept getting "player error: apn not set.". That reminded me of me disabling the apn settings per a query in another thread to see if the apn settings being disabled made the browser generally faster. So, I went back into Options >Device >Advanced system settings > TCP IP and reenabled the apn settings and reset to default and thar corrected my issue. May be helpful to you?
