Angry Duplicated user in the Blackerry Manager

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
a customer of mine has the BES 3.6 SP0 for exchange.
From 1 week, and for 1 user, the blackberry manager show 2 lines (with the name of the user).
Every attempt to remove the user fail, and he cannot use the blackberry.

Do you know how can i solve this rebus?

Do you think this:

sorry, it's 3.6 SP3, non SP0.

We're not able to upgrade to 3.6 Sp5 because it's ask for the CD or the installation source and we can't find the original CD (installation was execute about 1 year ago)

That's generally a Permissions related error. Try running IEMSTest against that user's account.

Open default message store mailbox - BES Blackberry

"Surname e Name" Mailbox opened successfully.
Root Folder open succesfully.

Where "surname e name" is the user name.... but!

DON'T WORK.

You could always enable logging for the Manager and see what error is being thrown.

In the older SP the original software was a known issue, not sure if it is still in SP7. Try it...
