I have a blackberry bold 9000 and it has developed a few problems. The power button doesn't work, several of the keys don't work which means I cant txt or make calls to numbers that I don't have in my contacts, when I do make a call I have to take the battery out to end the call. Any ideas as to how I can fix it?

Have you dropped it?

Have you gotten it wet, or even exposed it to moisture in a sweaty pocket, humid locker room, raindrops....it sometimes doesn't take much to cause button and keypad problems?

No its always in a case, it's a company phone so I am always careful with it. Is it likely to need a new keypad?

Turn it in and get a new one. Easier to do than than try to fix it. It could be any number of things.

is in the gurantee period if yes then just tell to him resolve this problem...
because its a keypad problem.and if its not misused by u then device is under the gurantee period..
