I know is not possible to rise up a wifi hotspot with a BB, but is it possible to use it as Bluetooth modem to allow iPad to have connection when is not under wifi? Yes, I know my dataplan must allow it too because it would be not included under generic BIS

It is possible to rise up a connection (forums.crackberry.com/f134/finally-tether-blackberry-ipad-via-bluetooth-ipad-wifi-ftw-475732) with a jailbreaked iPad, but I mean a connection in the usual way (as with an iPhone) without jailbreaking the device.

No, you currently need to jailbreak the iPad if you want to tether it to a BlackBerry via Bluetooth.
