Hi!

I have downloaded the "who is it?" blackberry app, and I keep trying to access it but it says that I don't grant the proper permissions to allow it to work... I always set everything to either allow or prompt when it's the only option?

I even tried closing and re-opening the phone, taking out the battery, uninstalling & reinstalling the app?...

i had the "BeBuzz Free" app before this & it also had some issues on my phone.. for about a week it worked fine and then just suddenly stopped working out of the blue even after installing & reinstalling & pulling out the battery nothing... If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated

My only thought is you dont have a Blackberry Data plan and cannot run it.
If you do, make sure you follow the instructions and if it still wont work i would email the support link for help. the 9000 is supported

Please update your profile to reflect your correct device. It currently shows the 9000.

Yeah sorry hadnt updated it... just a question because I've never had a data plan so far and was using the Be Buzz Free app just a fine for a while so I am wondering why that would play a role?? thanks
