hello.

i have only had a blackberry for a month now, so im still getting used to it.. i have two emails that will not delete off my curve 8500. these emails have been deleted off my yahoo email account. all my other emails delete ok. i have rebooted my phone but they are still there. i know its only two emails (not a big issue) but they keep moving/changing date in the mailbox and its putting all my emails out of sequence.

is there any way i cant remove these emails. any help is greatly appreciated

What is rebooted? A hard reset?

If you highlight the date bar immediately above and select delete prior from the message app menu, does it not delete them?

Here is what I would do. Do a full backup. Use Desktop Manager to delete the messages database. Then do a selective restore of the messages database from your backup. If the messages still will not delete, repeat but restore from the next newest backup.

Hi, I am having the same issue where 5 of my emails come back over and over again after I delete them. They are long gone from Gmail. I have done a battery pull with no results. I have backed up my device, but don't specifically see a "message database" or "messages" restore. Is there a more complicated name for restoring all messages?

I'm having the same problem with a few @live.com emails. I delete and they are delivered again latter, over and over for about five days now. And they have been deleted from the windows live account via the website. I don't believe there is anything to do but let it sort out on its own.

The only thing I can suggest is delete the email on the gmail site and then empty the deleted items folder. Try that. It may stop the repeated delivery, or maybe not.
