Hi All,

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me, but since I received a os software update, I have been unable to access email setup, also today I have not been able to receive text messages. Once I connect by BB to the PC DMS this evening, the text messages came through. This could be a coincidence that the device also had picked up the WIFI connection at this time.

Resend your service books (see the FAQ if you don't know how) and do a battery pull.

I have a similar issue, but it happened without an OS upgrade. My BB just decided not to allow me to log in to change my email settings all of a sudden. I can still log in to BIS from a PC.

I've already tried resending my service books and pulling the battery, but no luck.
