my blackberry bold 9780 screen just randomly went white. i didnt drop it or anything and i asked the tmobile people what i should do because i bought my handset from there. and they suggested that i should update my software which i did and it wiped my fone and restored it and rebooted it completely. it didnt work for hours then it started to work randomly again, for like an hour, and then it just randomly went white again. i tried battery pull many times and it still doesnt work. what should i do? help?

Sure it didn't get wet?

First, try a battery pull and see if that helps.

If not, try wiping with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reloading the OS.
