Hi, I have a pay as you go phone on orange dolphin, in credit with one month free internet, only 2 weeks in and no where near any limits.
I use wifi at home. All was good until for some reason at home the internet does not work but facebook updates and works ok. Wifi connects as it should, works on other devices and feeds the facebook ap ok. So I have a connection because facebook works but the browser just says "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later".
Outside the house neither facebook or the browser works but it should.

I have tried taking the battery out and also doing a security wipe.

For the built-in browser you need a BlackBerry data plan on your account, or at the very least a BlackBerry bolt-on.
