User here has a Bold 9780 and can't forward emails. Says he gets a red 'X' when he tries.

I had him R & R the battery, but no luck.

Any ideas?

Did you solve the problem? If not, have user open sent message with red x and scroll up to top. What is reported on the status line?

No service or if on a corporate Outlook, it has hit the maximum size allowed on storage of the outlook inbox.
