Documents to go installed on your device, or not? Some of those attachments are opened by that app...it's in the OS, but can be selected NOT to install. I believe that's where your issues could be, partly anyway...the image files are opened by the native OS...so not sure why you can't open those.

UPdate: resent my service books and pulled the battery. Everything is now working fine.

I've had the same issue - not being able to open attachements, etc. Same OS. I'd pull the battery and for a while it would work but then doesn't open up attachments again.

How do you "resend my service books"?
