Hello forum, please my blackberry bold 9900 (Bold 5) screen keeps going dark when ever it is hot or expose to sunlight.It is really affecting me...Help will be so appreciated.Thanks

Reports have been made that state sometimes, (in sunlight), the screen and/or cursor seem to act a little funky.

If you device is overheating, then I would suggest bringing it into a service centre to have it looked at. You can also try swapping your current battery for another one, to see if the high heat is actually being caused by the battery.

I HAVE BLACK BERRY BOLD 9900.
I updated my software (7.0 bundle 2406). It has deleted all my BBM text sms. I have backup on PC. How can I upload them?

Use your PC to restore the backup.
