OK board, I searched and didn't find anything. Hoping someone here can help me, this is driving me crazy!

I have a work-issued BB 9700 via AT&T.
I have a personal iPhone also via AT&T.
I used to be able to forward all BB calls to iPhone after hours and on weekends. I always used the shortcut *21*xxxxxxxxxx# to initiate forwarding and #21# to cancel. Worked like a charm for many months.
Then all of a sudden, people started complaining that when they called my BB, it went direct to voicemail. When I investigated, it is indeed sending all calls to voicemail even though the forwarding settings clearly say to forward to another number (iPhone).

I have tried everything including flashing the OS to OS6. I have tried setting forwarding via the phone options also instead of using the shortcut. I called AT&T and they said they put in a ticket but never heard back from them.

Can anyone help me? It is not feasible to carry two phones all the time. Thanks in advance.

Call Forwarding is a network issue. You need to call AT&T back.

Why isn't is "feasible" to carry two phones?

There are no BlackBerry Service Centres in the US. All problems are handled by the carriers.

Call ATT back and ask for a tier2 support person. If the person who answers the phone cannot understand then ask for a manager.
The call centers are staffed with people who may not have all the details to solve the issue. The other option is to go to a device support center if one is in your area. DO NOT go to any vendor store, they cannot deal with the issue.
