Hi everyone,

i have been having my Blackberry Curve 9320 for over a week now and am really fond of it. So far everything was OK. but since a couple of days I have encountered a problem with my Whatsapp App. In a particular chat, I cant scroll up to view the previous message. The cursor just stays at the bottom and refuses to scroll up. I managed to check up on this issue online and itseems many BB users have faced such an issue but I could not get any clear solution on how to solve this issue.
So I would really be happy if someone helps me out on this. Thank you in advance.

So the problem is just happening with that app? Does it work ok for a while after a hard rest?

Based on comments on the Forum, The best solution may be to delete the App.....permanently.
Too many people seem to have issues with this app although some dont.

Probably dependent on devices too, and the WhatsApp people just didn't test it on all the devices.
