Since upgrading BB Protect, the mobile will not recognise my BB ID to sign back in ? Anything help out there ?

Ever since I had upgrade my bbm message often time I tried to log in using enterprise activation, I. Couldn"t log in its only tell me to check my service, in shut I could"t use my bbm up till nown becouse it will only e writing "set up bbm, pls what can I do to resolve this
