does anyone know how to convert exe files to alx, or is this possible

please don't move this here.

not possible. an .exe file is a compiled program to run on a windows computer.

an .alx file is a text file that describes a blackberry application.

windows applications do not run on a blackberry.

would maybe use winrar and open the exe .... exe is basically like a zip

Actually no, the Windows Portable Executable format is entirely unlike the zip format. In just about every possible way. Trust me, I've read the entire spec for Windows executables, and there no way what you want is remotely possible.
