Hi, im new and from mexico; i have been reading the posts and did a little search over the forum to find out what is need to unlock this phone, i alredy saw about gsmphonesource and the price of the phone and the unlocking, the only question i still have is, do i need to have a Tmobile sim card in order to be able to unlock the phone? thanks
You don't need a T Mobile Sim card to unlock the Pearl. I got my unlock code from Adam @ GSM Phone Source and I unlocked it without a T Mobile Sim. I had my Rogers Sim card in it and everything worked fine.
