Smile Pearl Wallpaper size and software?

I want to know what type of software do you guys use to resize images(Besides Photoshop). And I just want to make sure is it 240 x 260?

For simple resizing, I use Irfanview. (IrfanView - one of the most popular viewers worldwide) For anything more involved, I use PaintShop Pro. (Corel Corporation - Home of CorelDRAW, WordPerfect, Paint Shop Pro, Photo Album and Painter)

I use MS Office Picture manager. just does what I want it to. the others are overkill for me.

how come I can't resize to 240 x 260???

The blackberry Pearl's wallpaper size is 260x240. I usually got to Blackberry Wallpapers for my backgrounds
