and are you asking to get emails to your phone?

this might help ---> search on google for "auto forward"... or "outlook auto forward"... the first link gives step by step instructions for setting up forwarding of emails to other email addresses if you are using MS Outlook on your PC. It might be a start...

If you create a BIS account for the user's BlackBerry and setup a device email address (XXX@[carrier].blackberry.net) you can then set up a server side or client side forward to that address.

However, since you've mentioned that the user belongs to a GAL I assume that you have a corporate email server in place. Is that correct? If so, it may be better to download and install BES Express to get full email integration for this user.
