I have the T-Mo Minutes & Mail plan for my 8100. I just received my first bill today, and all my SMS messages were included, however, my MMS messages cost $0.25 each. Is there a seperate plan I have to add for MMS messages, or did T-mo screw up.

You have to add a seperate message plan. The mail and minutes plan only includes text.

if sent as an email attachment, the MMS PPU will not be charged. if sent as MMS message, directly to another MIN, the MMS PPU will be charged.

is this correct?

I've been using MMS to email without any fees on T-Mobile...

I changed the SMS network setting to GPRS (Options>SMS Text)... not sure whether that makes a difference, but in the last 2 months, there haven't been any messaging charges from T-Mobile (and I've sent a ton of camera pics).
