Question Truncated emails

Please Login to Remove!

Of all the emails I receive, some of the emails, but not all, require me to select the option for Get More or Get All. Is there a way around this such that I get the entire message without going the extra step?

Can you be a little more specific? Is this sms messages, email messages, what type of messages? Also, are you saying that you're receiving only select messages, or are you receiving all messages, but only the first part of them???

I'm using two: yahoo for personal and another email provider for business purposes. It is not BES, just an independent ISP. It is the latter that I am having this issue.

FWIW, under the General email options on the Pearl, I have Auto More set to Yes.

Is it possible that your email provider is doing this to your email before forwarding? I get emails from 3 different types of accounts and if the messages are long it will go into the download more routine but does it automatically if set up as auto more and takes only a few seconds.

Are you saying that teh "complete message sent to your device is not complete?

When I get an email from the ISP, it will have the first line text or no text at all and then a: More available: XXX bytes message. I then have to press the trackball and select More All to read the email.
