I put Mp3's on my 7100i ( in the berrytunes player). It says MP3 Not Supported

The 7100i only plays .wav files, and that's a recent innovation!

I just got a 7130e form Verizon and I was surprised it played MP3 tunes. But what really surprised me was that I could easily make any MP3 into a ringtone as my Moto Flip Phones could never do this in the past as Verizon blocked this feature.

1. nothing to do with topic....
2. what does playing mp3 on the bb have to do with making an mp3?

2. what does playing mp3 on the bb have to do with making an mp3?..... He didn't say he made an MP3, he said he uploaded one to his BB and it couldn't play becuase his model didn't support it.
3. how did verizon block you from making mp3's? Verizon is notorious for not allowing any ringtones on some of their flip phones like the 710, E815 and the Razr. If you want a different ringtone then what the phone came with, then they want you to use their Get it Now service. Some hackers can get around this with a "seem edit" but that could disable the phone entirely.
