Ability to sync multiple contact lists over the air

Does anyone know if there is a way to syncronize a personal contact list and public contact list to a BB over the air?
I know 4.0 can do just the personal, but I need to be able to sync a public contact list as well. Is there a third party software that anyone knows of?
