Default SMS and EMAIL all in the Same inbox?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys
We have been using mainly 8707's up till not long ago and we didn't allow the use of SMS on them. Now we have swapped over to the Pearl I am finding that all our users sms and mail are all coming in in the same inbox?
Sorry if I come off as a NOOB but thats pretty much what I am.
As the sms are in the same folder then i am worried that the delete prior function will delete the sms too.
Is there a setting that needs to be enable on either the BES or the Unit to have the SMS in its own Folder?

I think the UK version of the T-mobile zen theme will do it for you

So does the new 4.2.1.66 version now available for download. The link is here:

In messages|options|general options| there's a setting to turn on seperate mailboxes.

It is from Italy, but it's software is by RIM so don't worry. There is a lengthy thread about this on the forum detailing everything you need to know about it, as well as links in the posts above. Just backup your pearl using DM before you install it. There have been a few problems with it (playing video for example), but most have had no problems. Just delete the .alx vendor theme before you install it (after you download it to your computer).

Hi, I installed the Italian RIM software on my PC but how do I actually use it to upgrade the software on the Blackberry? I tried connecting the blackberry but the only thing that happened was the usual desktop manager launched and there was no option to upgrade the operating system on the handhelp so how do i actually do it please? many thanks
