Bit of a strange one this. I have the BES 4.1 and a user with a 8100 pearl. It activates ok with no errors, but his contacts folder is empty, BUT in the options it shows that there are 243 contacts in there. I have changed the filter to no avail. Stranger still, when composing a new email, it sees the contacts.

I had a similar issue with a Pearl activation. A wipe and reactivation took care of the issue. Hopefully it will do the same of your user.

We only have 2 Pearl and I had to activate them both twice.

do you guys use the iNotes template, we have about 80 pearls using server based address books all of them worked with the first activation.
