Hi,

So lets see what i've got :
2k3 with sp1, exchange 6.5, mssql2005, bes 4.1

* Due installation all is fine, no problems log is ok, installed by official instruction
* When im starting bes manager i've got in events this :
ExchangeMU : Failed to access the metabase, error code is 80040154 (Class not registered).

in BES logs also this :

Btw, Exchange works with mail and all is fine.

Fixed by reinstalling whole system :(
