I apologize if this is a known issue. If it is someone please provide a link.

I have an 8100 running on BIS. I can receive email from work (outlook) and whether it is RTF or Plain text it is legible and displayed as plain text. When I respond to an email created in RTF from outlook, my response is presented in clean plain text but the remainder of the email (all previous threads) have been converted and are not longer legible.

Is there something that I can change in Outlook or on my device to resolve this issue. I feel it is impacting my ability to dialogue in a clear professional manner.

Please help! I am scared to reply to any important email and find myself running back to my desktop!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Talk to your IT person at your company. They might be able to set formatting settings on your account to basic type or something

About the best way is make your Outlook text only for sending. That does nothing for others who send you RTF or HTML mail.

There isn't anything on your BB to change.

Thanks JS and JG! I am hoping that when I change the setting in outlook that perhaps the replies will be converted and correctly presented.
