Default Yesterday's emails are always missing

Please Login to Remove!

I have had a ATT Curve since they were released. A few days ago, I noticed that the only emails in Messages was the current day's emails. The prior emails in the InBox were gone. Each day, the previous days emails gets gone and only the current day's emails are shown.

The emails are still in the InBox on Exchange.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark

On my 7250, I go to my inbox, then click to OPTIONS, then to GENERAL OPTIONS. There's a Keep Messages line (how long before the BB purges the inbox)...mine shows 30 days. Is yours somehow set to 1 day?

9thtee, are you missing any call logs also? Are they deleted? Messages > View Folder > Phone Call Logs. How far back does that go?

Look at Options > Status. What is your Memory free state?

Hummm, no call logs are there, and I did make several calls yesterday.
But it shows I have File Free 4,111,210 Bytes.

You need to free up some memory from the Device Memory. Read this, it is a sorta common issue on the 8300, more common on the 8100.

First piece of advice--pull your battery to reboot about once a week. That is good maintenance to keeping the deletions from occurring.

Good luck.
