I had the 8700 and it worked fine. I'm struggling getting the computer to talk to my new 8800.

The Blackberry recognizes the connection but the command in the car is not capable of uploading anything from the BB like address book.

Anyone heard of this being an issue?

Also I've talked to Mercedes and they were unable to add anything.

Are you using the COMAND built in bluetooth or a puck/cradle to connect?
If the latter, which model?

I have a Blackberry 8800. Does anyone know if there is a cradle that will connect to a 2006 model Mercedes C class (with COMMAND) or a bluetooth connection. I live in the UK.
