Greetings! My name is Joe (Live in Alaska) and I'm a proud new owner of a Blackberry Pearl. It was a wonderful purchase off craigslist. It is my 1st one and I'm pretty excited to learn about it and all BB can do. I really wanted an 8700c, but there was nothing available locally and I didn't want to do the ebay thing or pay the $400 Cellular One wanted (they hose the existing customers). Hopefully this will be what I really wanted anyways. It was brand new in the box and only cost me $100 and a used PSP.

ALSO:
I did notice a baseball thread and a lot of Yankee bashing going on around here. Just to let you all know, I'm a die hard Yankee fan and always ready to talk baseball if anybody is interested.

Hopefully I won't ask too many newb questions

Most things to help you with your new pearl and of course toys (programs) can be found by doing the search.. if you don't get anything there we are all happy to help!
