Default My BB Sends Me Messages Everytime I Send E-Mail!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi - I am very new to the blackberry world, and everytime I send an e-mail using my phone OR from my computer (which is a lot of e-mails) I get a copy of it on my blackberry as a new message - very annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix it - I looked in the manual I have but can't find an answer for this.

I just checked it out and that seems to be for Cingular - What should I do if I am one Verizon?

Also, if you have the accounts set up in BIS, log into your BIS account and edit each email account there to remove the Auto BCC:

Thanks for all of the quick replies. I got it working!

Do any of you know if there is a way to increase the volume on the phone, I have everything set on high, but it just doesn't seem that loud - I thought it was even more funny that there were "Volume Too High Warning Labels".

Welcome to the forums.

You likely missed a step in there somewhere.

i thought that too ... went over it like 10 times ... i'm either really stupid (may well be the case) ... or there's a setting somewhere else i've changed that hinders this ... or a different filter prevents it from working ... it is annoying the hell out of me ...

Nope, the settings are in your BIS setup on tmobile.com. Make sure you didn't miss a step. I use GMail and the filter setup works fine.
