Hello,

I just downloaded the Desktop Manager V4.2 SP2 for my Pearl from blackberry.com and when I try and run the installation setup from where I saved it on desktop, it tells me that this .exe program is not a valid Win32 application. What do I do? Am I downloading the wrong program or does something in my computer need some tweaking?
Please help ASAP. I need the program STAT.

The latest desktop manager from the blackberry.com site works perfectly fine for me on vista, it did take a little longer than normal installations but it did work. Are you sure you have the latest one?

Why don't you uninstall the dm and reinstall it and see if that works.

Thanks for responding, but I have not been able to download the DM on my Vista laptop at all in order to be able to uninstall and reinstall. It refuses to install from both the CD that came with my Pearl and from the blackberry.com website. It tells me it is not a valid Win32 application.
