Have suddenly lost ability to send and/or reply to messages I get on my BB through redirector on desktop.

Any suggestions as to how to fix? Have re-loaded software but no luck.

(Note: this only applies to messages sent through my desktop rediretor; I have no trouble replying to messages forwarded to the BB by another email account.)
