Default Can company monitor SMS using BES?

I am running BES on my Pearl. Is my work able to log all of my SMS texts as well? I might have to switch back to two devices which would suck if they can.

Yes, they can view it if they want to.

Is it automatically logged into their system or can they only access what is currently on my phone?

It could be setup either way. Some do and can automatically log it.

Advice: if it is not your BB, don't do anything on it you would not want shown back to you in print at some point in the future.

Is this the same for devices running WM/Goodlink? It is my BB, I just have my work email hooked up to it. I pay for the service, etc.

No idea about WM or Goodlink. Wouldn't touch either of them with a ten foot pole.
Doesn't matter if your Blackberry is your device or not. If your Blackberry is on a company BES, they can do whatever they want to it, and see whatever they want on it.
You relinquish all control to the BES admin when you're on a BES.
