It also helps that we have a few users on VZW and they are getting e-mails just fine including one of my bosses so that's another way for them to know it's not the BES. __________________ audit Win or Lose... Glad you find it usefull. I just wish we'd get more people subscribed to it and get some people from the carriers or even RIM subscribed so they can post when there's an outage. Then we don't have to worry about posting to different forums to find out if there's an outage or not.

The remaining three of the four are receiving intermittent email delivery (ATT) my sole T-Mo device appears unaffected. I opened a case with ATT (edge rather than EDGE). They gathered some specifics and statistics from me (since AT&T says RIM wants that). I'm on hold with RIM now. The confirmation I'm getting from AT&T is that there are "intermittent nationwide outages for RIM on ATT in the U.S." That's all I know.
