As usual , we dont use desktop manager in our company.
I am thinking about a good method for doing firmware upgrades for the devices und read about the web desktop manager.
Can i restrict the web desktop manager so that users for example only can use the firmware upgrade feature of the manager and not use the configure email settings feature ?
Can somoene tell me what ports have to be opened to use the web desktop manager ? Just http or netbios or anything else ?
Is there a fee required for the web desktop manager software ?

I keep getting this email every 30 minute / 24 hrs aday. Just got BB last week, been at ATT for 3 hours and verizon on phone for 2 hours, both do not know and blame each other. Any one have idea what is causing this?

I am also looking for a similar solution. All I want to do is load third party apps...and perform basic upgrades to the OS.

I do not want to mess with my company's email set up. I get message similar to the post above when that happens and it screws up my settings.
